Returns

Claims for loss of, or damage to product must be filed with carrier.

Conditions for Return:

• A restocking and packaging charge of 20% shall be assessed against all returned product unless returned under warranty.
• Customer shall bear shipping charges for all returns.
• Product cannot be returned and will not be accepted without a return material authorization number ("RMA"). Please call Colestock Associate's customer service number (1-651-631-8440) to obtain an RMA.
